Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #190

We are having another fun, color-filled week at Color My Heart Color Dare! This week's colors are:

I decided to make another CAS card for this challenge. I made my own designer paper by stamping on the cardstock with Botanical Backgrounds and coloring the images with CTMH Watercolor pencils. The sentiment and butterflies are from Your Own Kind Of Wonderful (retired), inked with Honey, Gypsy and Ruby. I added a Pear-colored piece of designer paper from Penelope to frame the card.

Come join our challenge this week at Color My Heart Color Dare!

I am loving your card, especially your handmade background. I don't have the stamps but may have to do a bit of shopping. Beautiful! --- Melanie

  4. What a beautiful stamped background--it looks like it could be patterned paper. Awesome job coloring. Thanks for inspiring us at the Color Dare blog again.

  5. Wow, your personalized stamped and beautifully colored background is stunning...I'd would buy it. CAS for sure; but a lot of work went into it.

  7. I really liked the way you incorporated the colors. Ruby doesn't look out of place (I struggled with that and the Colonial White). Very vibrant!
