Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #191

This week at Color My Heart Color Dare, we will be focusing on the different shades of orange in the CTMH color palette:

For this challenge, I used Poppy, Sunset and Sorbet Exclusive Inks Stamp Pads to stamp the sentiment, the frame and the flower border. The Images and sentiment are from the Perfect Picture stamp set from the Artistry Cricut Collection. The background paper is from Sangria. I added some sparkles colored with a Copic marker and some Coral Shimmer Trim to add a little extra bling to the card.

Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #190

We are having another fun, color-filled week at Color My Heart Color Dare! This week's colors are:

I decided to make another CAS card for this challenge. I made my own designer paper by stamping on the cardstock with Botanical Backgrounds and coloring the images with CTMH Watercolor pencils. The sentiment and butterflies are from Your Own Kind Of Wonderful (retired), inked with Honey, Gypsy and Ruby. I added a Pear-colored piece of designer paper from Penelope to frame the card.

Color My Heart Color Dare #189

Welcome to another fun challenge this week at Color My Heart Color Dare! Here are this week's colors:

I used the Bodacious Banners to make my banners, and inked them in Juniper and Hollyhock. I added a Thistle Thick Twine to hold it up. I attached everything using Liquid Glass, so the twine will hold up. A couple of strips of Purple Shimmer Trim frames the card. The sentiment is from the Artistry stamp set, inked in Thistle. Some Purple Enamel Hearts were added to give the message that some love was sent. :-)

Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #188

Welcome to another fun challenge at Color My Heart Color Dare! This week, we are feauturing the colors of the Regatta paper pack.

I made a lighthouse using the Regatta paper pack with White Daisy as my base and Glacier cardstock for the fencing and window framing. The roof was made using Pomegranate cardstock. The cut file is from SVG cuts. I had so much fun putting this together! This paper lighthouse can actually hold two battery-operated tealights, one at the base and another one at the cupola!

I wish you all smooth sailing in the high seas and please drop by Color My Heart Color Dare for more inspiration and to join the color challenge!

Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #187

Wow, another month had come and gone! We are spotlighting this week's color: GREEN. You can use any shade of green with white in your project, but for quick reference to the Close To My Heart Colors, here's a picture:

The Stuck On You stamp set best suits someone like me who lives in the desert. I wanted to send a friend a hug and made this card. The images were stamped using Exclusive Inks Stamp Pads in Sweet Leaf, Pear, Fern, and the New England Ivy for the sentiment. I added strips of Green and White Shimmer Trim for added sparkle.
