Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #204

We have another fun color combination at Color My Heart Color Dare this week:

I made a card using the Artfully Sent cartridge, which will sadly retire this month. I used a piece of Eggplant Paper Fundamentals, and added a Sweet Leaf polka dot paper from the Zoe paper packet. The sentiment from Tickled Pink was stamped in Flaxen. I added some white gems from the Grey Enamel Gems pack to anchor the corners of the card.

Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #203

Summer is really here!!! This week, we are also featuring Sorbet, together with Crystal Blue and Canary. These are such fun colors celebrating summer!

I played with my Cricut when I made this card. I used the Artfully Sent cartridge, and dotted paper from Zoe, the teeny polka dotted paper from Penelope, and the zip strip from Magical. I just added some White Shimmer Trim and Silver Sequins Assortment, and also stamped a sentiment from a Cricut Collection stamp in Canary ink.

Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #202

This week's challenge at Color My Heart Color Dare features Close To My Heart's wide array of browns, and we are challenging you to combine Colonial White and any 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 or all 6 of the following CTMH Browns: Cocoa, Chocolate, Saddle, Cashmere, Champagne and Desert Sand.

I decided to make a coffee-themed card with this week's colors in mind. I cut the coffee cup from the Artistry Cricut Cartridge at 2 1/2". I also added Kraft Cardstock for the cup holder and Black Cardstock for the lid, because I wanted to stay true to the coffee cup colors. :-D I stamped the strips of the following cardstock: Colonial White, Saddle and Cocoa with coffee cups using Chocolate Exclusive Inks Stamp Pad. I added a sequin from Sequins Gold Assortment for the tag that was cut at 1 3/4" using Art Philosophy Cricut Cartridge. The images are from the Treats Of Friendship stamp set.

Color My Heart Color Dare Challenge #201

We are enjoying bright, happy colors this week at Color My Heart Color Dare!

The colors remind me of the "Happiest Place On Earth", so with that in mind, I decided to make a Circle Flip Up Book for future pics. For my base, I used Black Cardstock. The flip book is comprised mostly of the Magical Paper Packet and Complements and the Sequins Assortment. The ribbon is Cranberry Striped Twill Ribbon.

So without further ado, here are this week's patriotic colors!

I made a banner using this week's color Inspiration. The pennants from Art Philosophy were cut at 9 1/4" and 9" and I layered cardstock in Ruby, Sapphire and Colonial White for the base with Paper Fundamentals in Ruby and Sapphire. I also stamped the Colonial White middle pennant with the script stamp from Amore. The stamp frames were cut at 4 1/2", and are also from Art Philosophy. The letters were cut at 2" and 2 1/2". I used paper from the Regatta paper packet (retired) for them. I also embossed the Colonial White cardstock with Stars embossing folder. The ribbon is from my stash.

We'd love to see the projects that you will come up with for this week's color challenge at Color My Heart Color Dare! To join, you can upload your pics via the linky. Goodluck and may YOU will be our lucky winner!
